The “HALF SERIES”
 
The "HALF SERIES" are sessions that are 30 minutes in length and sold in 4-week blocks.  Each 4-week program reoccurs on some regular basis (as little as once per week or as often as four times per week). The "Half Series" allows an individual to get all of the benefits of a Personal Fitness Coach with a minimal time and financial commitment.
 
And just like the full "SERIES" program, committing to a 4-week series offers a reduced rate per session PLUS a one month membership to NO LIMIT HEALTH & FITNESS ($75 value).

The 6 Guidelines to the Series
 
1.  All packages are to be paid in full at the time of signing up or renewing.
 
2.  All “Series” Packages are to be used within a 1 Month Time Period.
 
3.  You will receive excerpts from Jim's Rx-CHANGE Program covering the topic called "Supportive Eating". The information in that chapter will give you the tools to eat healthful, lose unwanted fat, create positive eating habits and get healthy from a cellular level. You will leave this session empowered with the beginning steps to makeover your body and health.
 
4.  The personalized exercise sessions are based on an hour and consist of strength and core training.  Warm-ups, cool-downs, cardiovascular conditioning and stretching are up to the client to do on his/her own and is highly recommended that they do so. Each session will be customized based upon your abilities and goals. Sessions are progressive to keep your body steadily improving, steer you clear of a plateaus and completely avoid injury, bringing you to a high level of health and performance.  For more information, check out Jim's Personal Training Services page.
 
5.  Cancellation policy:
  • To avoid being charged, the client must cancel within 24 hours of a scheduled session. Any failure to do so forfeits the session and the money for that session. 
  • Conversely, if the trainer needs to cancel a session and fails to do so within 24 hours, the client will receive a free session.
  • The only exception to this rule would be "snow days." In the case of snow, school schedules are followed. That means if school is either delayed or canceled due to the weather, the client will be excused from the session without charge. However, a phone call is expected. If I do not receive a phone call stating the client is not coming, I will assume the session is still on. If the client does not call and does not show up, the session will be charged to them.
  • If the client cancels more than twice within any 4 week period, the trainer holds the right to give that client's time slot away.  A refund for the remainder of sessions not serviced will be given.
 
6.  A 100% money back guarantee is offered for anyone who follows the eating and activity program and is dissatisfied with the results.
