Fitness Assessment – You will begin by going through a complete fitness assessment. Jim will objectively measure every parameter of your fitness level. The assessment may be repeated after you have been participating regularly in his personal training and nutrition programs. These objective numbers are used to monitor your progress as well as tweak your program design accordingly. The fitness assessment includes:
- Body Fat Measurements. Jim measures body fat with a 9 point skin fold protocol. No single method of body fat assessment is 100% accurate, but with a qualified technician, you are assured that the reading will be as close as is possible.
