When you train with Jim Cipriani, you are taking a giant step towards results. You will become stronger, more toned, leaner, and develop confidence. 

Private training sessions are typically scheduled at the rate of twice to three times a week.  How long you train with Jim is purely up to you.  Maybe you only need Jim's Introduction To Exercise Program (3-day program) where you are simply set up with a new training routine and how to execute it.  Or maybe you need Jim's Fundamentals Of Exercise Program (1-month minimum commitment) where you go over proper form, function, and technique a little more thoroughly.  Or maybe you require Jim's Maximize Your Results Program which is more ongoing (3-month minimum commitment).  Whichever program you choose, you will receive Jim's intensive one-on-one attention.
With Cutting Edge Personal Training you can expect new and better methods and services as the sciences and technologies in the sports and fitness industry advance.  As far as Jim is concerned...your success is his success. 

Almost anything you do in the way of fitness activities is going to be somewhat beneficial. Run a bit, lift a bit, ride a bike, or go for walks.
