Ever hear of Nutrition Partitioning?
It's nothing new. The first time I heard about it was back around 1992 when Dr. Scott Connelly was coming out with what I say is the meal replacement product (along with the introduction of creatine monohydrate) that saved the supplement industry - - Met-Rx.
The idea behind "nutrient partitioning" is that certain macro and micro nutrients stimulate your body to burn fat and build muscle at the same time.
Well, recent research is showing this to be very true.
